The hotel is perfectly located just across the river, offering a stunning view from the balcony. the room is spacious and the bathroom clean and well-maintained. the staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to provide a hair dryer upon request. the breakfast is satisfactory, with a decent variety of options.
One downside is the lack of an elevator to access the rooms.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently located near popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests that I had. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. despite the negatives, I still had a decent stay at this hotel.
During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of aspects that I didn't quite enjoy. the Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak and unreliable.

Amazing location! the balcony had an incredible view of the river and we had a great time enjoying it. the bathroom was super clean and spacious. Oh, and they offered a hair dryer which was a nice touch. the staff was awesome, really friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed visiting the nearby museum, it was within walking distance.
That there was no elevator. We were on the top floor and it was a bit of a workout carrying our bags up all those stairs.
